The flame resistance fabric is made of Dupont's brand fiber Nomex. FTC's own brand Blazout of flame resistance fabric use multi fiber blending of Aramid/Modacrylic/FR Rayon/Nylon66/Antistatic fiber.

The fabric is blended by inherently flame retardant fiber of FR Viscose/Wool/Aramid/Antistatic.
The fabric is compliance with standard EN ISO 11612 –Protective Clothing with excellent protection against molten aluminium (D3) and steel (E3).

Marine orange work clothes are mostly made of cotton or flame-resistant acrylic/cotton. Considering the strength of the fabric and the static properties of the working space, Kevlar(R) and Nyon base antistatic fibers are added. Not only the fabric is more functional, but it also passes the NFPA2112 test requirements, which increases the safety of personnel at work.
