A01. bluesign® approved fabric
Our company is the partner with Swiss bluesign technologies
ag and the first company to introduce the manufacturing system for bluesign® standard
to Asia. We are committed in maximizing performance for resource use starting from
raw materials, production, chemicals, to rework in PFOA/PFOS Free Water Repellent.
All of which fully complies with the new-generation ecological and environmental
production with emphasis on workplace safety and requirement for consumer product
safety.
Due to the mankind is facing threats from global warming and
resource depletion, our company commits in the development of various environmental
fabrics based on the environmental production concept of recycling and responsibility
held for the Earth and the environment. The Recycled polyester fabric and nylon
fabric made from PET bottles or recycled resources of nylon and polyester fiber
products can reduce resources and energy consumption and the emission of CO2; it
is the new-generation green fabrics.
The detailed texture is coordinated with special rework from
our company, such as the PFOA/PFOS Free Water Repellent, is in full compliance with
the instructions to 2006/122/EC with functions including waterproof, wind proof,
breathable downproof, breathable, moisture absorbent, or quick-drying.

A03. Recyclable Membrane Laminated Fabric
Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd. owns excellent fabrics, particularly
the recycled polyester fabric made from PET bottle or polyester fiber products materials,
which not only gives fabrics with detailed texture but is also coordinated with
various green recyclable membranes for lamination. The entire laminated fabrics
can be recycled.
The waterproof performance can reach 10000mmH2O and the moisture
vapor permeability reaches 6000g/¢T/24hr (B1 Method).
Applications: Skiwear, protective clothing against cool &
cold environment and mountaineering clothing.
A04. Sympatex®
Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd. owns excellent fabrics, particularly
the recycled polyester fabric made from PET bottle or polyester fiber products materials,
which not only gives fabrics with detailed texture but is also coordinated with
various green recyclable membranes for lamination. The entire laminated fabrics
can be recycled.
The waterproof degree can reach 10000mmH2O and the moisture
vapor transmission reaches 6000g/¢T/24hr (B1 Method).
Applications: Snowsuits, warm jackets and mountaineering clothing.
A05. Sorona®- Renewably Sourced Polymer*
Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd. is launching the renewably sourced
Polymer, Sorona®. Sorona® polymer contains 37% renewable resource extracted
from corn to replace the original petrochemical resources and achieve environmental
protection. Sorona® polymer fabric gives a very tender texture, good drape, excellent
dyeing, and elasticity. It is coordinated with various rework process from FTC,
giving the fabric with waterproof, wind proof, Easy Care, or shape memory functions;
a fashion clothing and functional fabric of with concepts of future environmental
production.
A06. APEXA® - Biodegradable Polyester Fabric
To fulfill its responsibilities for the ecology and environment,
FTC launched the biodegradable polyester fabric, APEXA®, which can be naturally
decomposed without producing pollution to the earth. It contains characteristics
in softness and easy-dyeing, and gives waterproof, wind proof, moisture absorbent,
quick-drying, UV protection functions when coordinated with special rework from
FTC. It is the new generation ecological, environmentally protected, energy-saving
and functional fabric.

A2. Energy-saving Fabrics
A2-1. Coffee Charcoal Fabric
Our company uses highly functional fabric developed from new
coffee charcoal fabric materials. The coffee charcoal fabric uses coffee grounds
by recycling from wastes. In addition, the amount of CO2 produced from the collection
and transport to carbonization of coffee grounds per kilogram powder, needs to remain
far lower than the bamboo or coconut charcoal.
The fabric contains quick-drying, comfortable, naturally deodorant,
naturally warming functions.

A2-2. SNUGGTEXTM- Warmth Retaining Fabric
Our company uses far-infrared materials in the design and
development for lightweight far-infrared functional fabric with far-infrared radiation
reaching 80% or more.
The fabric can absorb visible lights and shortwave energy
radiated from human bodies, converting them into far-infrared and radiate beneficial
¡§grow light (in wavelength of 4~14£gm) to the human body, which contains warmth retaining
function.

A2-3. PERMADRY®- Quick Drying Fabric
PERMADRY® is made form use of special cross-section synthetic
fibers or microfiber with high-level processing technology. This series of products
intends to quickly absorb moisture, quick-dry and maintain high-breathing ability
and wash-durable characteristics; it is an excellent, long-lasting quick-drying
material. When applied in sport and leisurewear, it can quickly transport sweat
to outside of fabric through wicking and diffusion, providing consumers with the

A2-4. High IQ®-Active ComfortTM
FTC uses special processing to make the fabric contain both
surface water-repellent and inner moisture absorbent functions.
Fabric face: The clothing contains functions such as water-repellent, repellent and easy-removal of stain and dirt, as well as breathing ability.
Fabric back: When the water is absorbed, it will undergo massive diffusion and speeds up vaporization.
Such combination of water repellent and quick drying functions
allows consumers to wear with dry and cool sensation. In the meantime, the clothing
surface is free from attachment from outside stains.

A2-7. ThermooCoolTM
ThermooCoolTM is a unique combination of hollow fiber and
special grooved surface fiber. During strenuous exercise, the groove surface will
have good capillary fiber, bringing excellent moisture performance into full play
and quickly evaporating sweats. The design of hollow fiber in slow exercise
then becomes an excellent media of temperature isolation, protecting users from
changes in temperatures and slowing down chills after exercise during heat dissipation.
ThermooCoolTM combines cooling and insulation functions into
one, helping consumers with maintaining the body in comfortable zone during the
changes of external environmental temperature and activity level.
A2-8. coldblack®- Sun Reflect - UV Protect Fabric
Usually under direct sunlight, the heat absorption phenomenon
of dark ¡Vcolor fabric will be move active than light-colors. However this situation
is not necessary true, because we now have the special fabric finishing techniques,
coldblack®. coldblack® can effectively reflect heat rays from sunlight, reduce
heat accumulation and achieve cooling effects. The fabric can
also provide reliable UV protection, keeping the body in comfortable state.

A2-9. Cooling Effect Fabric
A special jade fiber is used to give a cooling sensation to

B. Zero Weight Fabrics
B01. 10~15d Fabric
This series of products refer to the overall name of fabric
under weight of 40g/m². FTC adopts nylon or polyester materials with 10~15D
to cooperate with unique and precise weaving and dyeing techniques and process to
produce a series of zero weight fabrics; the fabrics undergoes high quality post
processing will provide functions such as water repellent, waterproof, wind resistant,
warmth retaining, silicone coated waterproof for mono- or multi- function fabrics.

B02. 20d Fabric
This series of products refer to the overall name of clothing
under weight of 40g/m². FTC adopts nylon or polyester materials with 20D to
cooperate with unique and precise weaving and dyeing techniques and process to produce
a series of zero weight fabrics; the fabrics undergoes high quality post processing
will provide functions such as water repellent, waterproof, wind resistant, downproof,
silicone coated waterproof for mono- or multi- function fabrics.

C. Lightweight Fabrics
C01. Downproof by Construction Fabric
Downproof fabric is known for against penetration of down
and feather and soft texture. Our company adopts advanced nylon
and polyester microfiber and applies with 30 years of fabric design, unique weaving,
dyeing and processing techniques and experiences, to produce high quality breathable
downproof by construction fabric. FTC¡¦s high-density downproof fabric contains

C02. Downproof by Soft Coating Fabric
Downproof fabric is known for against penetration of down

by soft coated fabric. FTC¡¦s downproof by soft coating fabric contains excellent

C03. Lightweight Shell
Our company adopts advanced nylon and polyester fibers, applying
with 30 years of weaving design and unique fabric, dyeing and processing techniques
and experiences, to produce lightweight shell with weight below 60g/¢T.
The product contains excellent windproof effect with additional air permeable, moisture
vapor permeable soft, and lightweight features. Applications: Ligh weight windproof
jackets
Abletex® is high performance breathable waterproof membrane
laminated fabric. Our company uses combination of high-tech microporous breathable
waterproof PU membranes and various other materials to create long-lasting characteristics.
It is the new-generation high-peroformance breathable waterproof fabric. Abletex®
series contains high level waterproof of 10,000 mmH2O and high level breathable
features of 6000 g/m2/24hr(JIS L1099-A1 Method) or more. Under any environment and
weather, the consumer body will retain dryness and comfortable sensation; it is
the excellent choice for outdoor exercise and leisure clothing.
Our company developed hydrophilic membrane laminated fabric
combined with the latest lamination processing techniques to upgrade breathable
and waterproof performance, with products containing high level waterproof of 10,000
mmH2O and high level breathable features of 10,000 g/m2/24hr(JIS L1099-B1 Method).
When combining with other materials according to usage purpose, the fabrics contain
functions and comfort that provide all-day protection for outdoor activities enthusiasts.
The breathable and waterproof coating process can be applied
to any materials, including polyester, nylon and elastic fabrics, providing more

D04. 2.5 & 3-Layers Laminated/ Coated Fabric
Our company developed 2.5 & 3-layers fabric with special processing
techniques, transferring a variety of tactile designs on waterproof breathable layers
or membranes, or laminating knit fabric to the back. Hence the final clothing does
not need the lining to protect the waterproof breathable layer or membrane from
external damage and can avoid the waterproof breathable layer from direct contact
with the body, increasing breathable and comfort features.
The 2.5 & 3-layer fabric can combine with various materials
according to the purpose of usage in addition to providing the high waterproof and

FTC has placed importance on issues for protecting the earth
and committed in environmental-friendly production. We own a superior lamination
technique and we have successfully developed solvent free laminated fabric after
undergoing a series of continuous efforts and study. The process does not use harmful
solvents during the production or processing, therefore no pollution is produced
to the earth and it is a earth friendly and environmental protection process. The

The solvent free laminated fabric developed by our company
contains high level breathable and waterproof functions, which could be combined
with other materials for different purposes, containing functionality, comfort and

Hi-Sett® refers to the product where our company uses microfiber
with high-end weaving process and excellent dyeing and finishing techniques to give
the fabric with high-performance waterproof functions without coating. The fabric
contains soft and breathable features. It is a multi-function and excellent quality
weaving products of new generation.
This series is wash durable. After 25 washes, the water repellent
can still maintain at 80 (AATCC-22), waterproof level at 450~900 mmH2O, UPF value
at 30, moisture vapor permeability at 8000 g/m2/24hr (JIS L1099-A).
E01. FONEWR nano® - Super Durable Water Repellent Fabric
FONEWR nano® fabric is produced by nano technology,
which contains the super durable water repellent, oil repellent, self-cleansing,
and anti-staining fabric with nano surface structure. The preliminary water
repellent level can reach 100(AATCC-22), and oil repellent level to 4 degree
(AATCC-118); After 100 times of washing, the water repellent level reaches 80, oil
repellent reaches 3 degree with excellent dry-clean durability. The fabric can work
with microfiber materials with double weave to give easy care feature. Regardless
of the activities engaged, users can maintain cleanness, dryness, and comfort. It
can even be applied with other processing such as antibacterial or UV-protection
processing to further enhance the fabric values.
FTC applies advanced X- static ®silver fiber to design and
develop high-density fiber. Such fiber contains breathability, softness and lightweight
features in addition to providing advanced characteristics and features such as
X- static ® silver fiber anti-bacteria, deodorant, temperature adjusTMent, and anti-static.
UVoutex® fabric adopts special yarn or dyeing and finishing
techniques with excellent heat shielding and complete block of UV lights UVA(400nm~315nm)
and UVB(315nm~280nm). Wearing cloth with UVoutex®, will contain excellent UV protection
function with UPF reaching high as 30 (AS/NZS 4399:1996 Standard).
UVoutex® fabric composition includes polyester, polyamide,
cotton, or blended yarns which could be given with any specialty processing and
the best choice for outdoor leisure and sportswear.
SUN-ECO® is a special TiO2 photocatalyst specialty fabric
with dual deodorant mechanism, which contains deodorant and anti-bacteria effect.
It can effectively absorb the ammonia smell, hydrogen sulfide odor, ammonia trimethyl
, methyl mercaptan and cigarette stink and 2-norenal odor and further decompose
them into H2O and CO2 with more anti-bacteria effect. After multiple wash, the fabric
will still contain anti-bacteria and deodorant effects. SUN-ECO® is a long-term
effective with safe ecological and environmental protection fabric.
E05. Durable Anti-static Fabric
FTC uses advanced durable high-specialty anti-static fiber
to develop fabric that could effectively reduce static accumulation. It can be coordinated
with water repellent processing and the friction voltage will still remain under
1000 Volt after multiple washes. Wearing such fabric in dry weather will not easily
absorb dust due to static while taking off the cloth will not give uncomfortable
feeling.

and various garment linings.
F. Comfortable Stretch Fabrics
F01. Spandex Fabric
Our company uses the best elastic materials such as LYCRA®
and ROICA® to develop a series of stretch fabrics with warp side stretch, weft side
stretch, and 4 way stretch. The fabric contains soft texture or natural cotton-like
handle coordinated with our special processing such as breathable and quick-drying,
(super) water repellent, oil repellent, anti-stain, breathable waterproof ¡Ketc.,

F02. Mechanical Stretch Fabric
A fabric made from high quality mechanical stretch yarn with
special processing techniques. The fabric contains high bulkiness, air permeability,

material.
When the fabric is coordinated with microfiber in 3D doublewave,
it can reduce the contact area between the fabric and the skin, lowering the stuffiness
and viscosity caused by sweating, and quickly wicking, diffuse and convey sweat
and moisture from skin surface to outside fabric, thereby maintain dryness and comfort

Using various stretch fabric as surface, our company combines

Microfeel® fabric

of microfiber, it is a superb breathable and quick-drying material when coordinate
with wicking processing.

G03. Sophisticated Handfeel Fabric

H03. FORMOTEX® Fabric
Our company uses FCFC¡¦s high modulus rayon fiber to produce
fabric for high-quality clothing. The fabric contains better strength and size stability
than regular rayon fabric. In addition, the fabric contains excellent moisture absorption,
dyeing and hanging features with soft and comfortable touch; it is a high-end clothing
material.
H04. Fancy Look Fabric
The flashing appearance of the raw material is used or through
second processing with coordination of design techniques to present diverse appearance

H06. Yarn Dyed Fabric
Through the design layout of gingham patterns, our yam dyed
fabric contains features of synthetic fiber of nylon or polyester microfiber materials

H07. Faded-out Effect Fabric
This fabric uses special washing process to present the unique
antique and soft style. It is highly important fashion trend that specifically presents
the roughness, softness, refreshing and comfort, and healthy functionalities.
We use special processing to add intellectual memory effect
to pure cotton fabric. Most embossed cotton fabric loses its embossing patterns
after wash; however such intellectual fabric after special processing will
resume to original embossed patterns after washing, dehydration, and 60¢J
drying. Not only does this effect in wash durable, the cotton fabric will offer
better texture, increase size stability and anti-pilling.
H09. Shaving Effect Fabric
Through design ingenuity and coordination of second processing,

The outer layer is covered with digital camouflage printed
nylon fabric and lining with breathable knitted pique fabric. The protective layer
adopts DuPont¡¦s KEVLAR® filament yarn for the new lightweight digital camouflage
bullet proof vest with anti-stab function, which can meet the demand for domestic
and international bullet-proof vest market. The bullet-proof has passed the
standards IIIA for the soft bullet-proof vest of NIJ-STD-0101.0, the anti-stab passed
the NIJ-STD-0115.00 LEVEL 1 (Knife/ Blade) TEST. It can satisfy needs from military,

Camo Tank Crew Suit
Using material from DuPont¡¦s NOMEX® IIIA, the fiber itself
contains permanently anti-fire feature and high-tear strength performance, which
can provide highly effective thermal protection effect and superb anti-static performance.
The fabric can reduce burning possibility and save time to escape during the wars.
After processing of digital camouflage emboss, the fabric can even provide staff

High Tenacity Anti-NIR Detected Camouflage Printed Nylon Backpack
A high tenacity fabric made from high strength nylon 66 raw
material yarn is used to give anti-NIR detected digital camouflage printing, water
repellent, and PU coating processing, creating the anti-NIR detected camouflage
hidden function and durable performance that meet military requirement. Such
fabric is applicable in use for military bags, bullet-proof cloth or personal carrying
bag for special operations forces.
pilot suit and anti-gravity suit Fabric
Using raw material from DuPont¡¦s NOMEX® IIIA, the fiber itself
contains permanently fire retardant and high-tearing strength performance. The fabric
can provide highly effective thermal protection effect and superior anti-static
performance. It is in compliance with the US military dress codes, MIL-83429B
and MIL-C-81814C, providing protection for pilots from fire damage when the plane
catches fire. The fabric is anti-static that can prevent static interference to
precise instruments on the plane.
EN469 2005 Protective Clothing for Firefighters
Using raw material from DuPont¡¦s NOMEX® IIIA and KEVLAR®,
the fabric contains three layers of fabric structure: The outer layer is the fire
retardant layer, the mid layer is breathable waterproof layer and the inner layer
is the heat insulation layer. The overall fabric structure provides necessary protection
and comfort during disaster relief. The clothing passed the latest EN469 2005 standard
of protective clothing for firefighters. The clothing is added with a reflective
tape for safety measures to be easily identified in the fireplace with low visibility.

3XDRY® is the fabric which our company collaborated with Swiss
Schoeller Textil AG in the production of state-of-the-art, advanced, sport and leisure,
and comfortable high-tech fabric. 3XDRY® contains unimaginable comfort. Wearing
cloth made of such fabric can effectively absorb a large amount of sweat, and through
the breathing effect of the fabric, sweats can be quickly and easily transferred
to outside, giving tremendous dryness to the skin. The outer layer contains excellent
water repellent and dust-free effect, which present rainwater infiltration and provide
windproof function.

J04. Schoeller®-dynatec
Schoeller®-dynatec is the fabric which our company collaborated
with Swiss Schoeller Textil AG in the production of high-tech protective fabric.
This series of fabric is intended for use by motorcycle loves, providing complete
protection for motorcyclists.
Schoeller®-dynatec contains Codura® fiber ingredients with
excellent tenacity, anti-tearing and anti-slipping, minimizing personal injury to
the lowest level.
The main features of Schoeller®-dynatec consist of anti-tearing,
high tenacity, durable and easy maintenance. The product has extensive applications,
including mountaineering equipment, backpack, motorcycle clothing, racing clothing,
sport shoes and various protective clothing for the body.

The originality of technology came from the superior water
repellent characteristics and self-cleaning effect of the lotus leaf surface.
This effect is produced from the nano structures of lotus leaf surface. Schoeller-FTC®
