1.2 Recycled Polyester & Recycled Nylon Fabrics
In this context, the polyester microfiber FTC uses to produce this series of fabrics is made of the regenerated materials of recycled PET bottles or other polyester products. With the application of various special treatments, the resulted recycled polyester fabrics not only possess extremely delicate tactility but also offer various functions, such as waterproof & windproof, downproof & breathable, moisture permeability or moisture absorbency & quick drying. Moreover, they also feature softness, lightness and comfort.
Using recycled nylon materials can lessen the depletion of natural resources and energies at the same time cut down the emission of CO2.

1.3 Organic Cotton Fabrics
FTC has been leading the industry trend and has first launched the eco organic cotton fabrics, the production processes of which have been accredited by OE and GOTS. Organic cotton fibers are derived from pure natural cottons planted on organic farms where the use of pesticide and fertilizer is prohibited during the cotton growing process. Therefore, organic cotton fabrics are certainly beneficial to human and ecological health.
Organic cotton fibers can be blended with regular cotton fibers or polyester to produce super soft, ultra comfortable fabrics. They can also be processed by various functional treatments to become more versatile and valuable.

1.5 Bamboo Rayon Fabrics
Bamboo fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber made of 100% bamboo by means of high-tech treatment processes. As everyone knows, having a life cycle lasting 3¡ã4 years, bamboo can flourish naturally without the use of pesticide and is seldom infected with insect pests or pathogenic organisms. 1.6 PLA Fiber Fabrics
The raw materials of most chemical fibers come from petroleum. Therefore, products made of them will inevitably pollute the earth during their decomposition processes. Made of maize-derived raw material, PLA (polylactic acid) fiber is an eco-friendly vegetal fiber with high decomposability. Its combustion value is as low as paper's and it will not generate noxious gases like nitrogen oxides (NOx) after combustion. It features 100% natural regeneration cycle and is biodegradable. Therefore, it is beneficial to the global ecology.

1.7 Light-Interference Structurally- Colored Fabrics
The structurally-colored fiber used to produce this series of fabrics adopts the color-producing principle of the iridescent wing scales of Morpho butterflies and features a unique stack cross-section structure with several tens of nano-order layers. The reflection, refraction and interference of light enable the fiber to produce natural, elegant color by itself. 1.8 SeaCell® Fabric ¡V Healthful Eco Fabrics
SeaCell® fiber is a healthful eco fiber: the N-Methyl Morpholine-N-Oxide (NMMO) solvent used during the spinning process is recovered; the seaweed added to wood pulp cellulose has health-promoting effects.
Major features of SeaCell® fabrics:
- SeaCell® fabrics contain the cellulose of seaweed cell, the marine amino acids of seaweed, inorganic substances and vitamins. These ingredients can be released to the skin in a wet environment or when the wearer sweats.

1.9 Eco Water-Repellent Fabrics
PFOA and PFOS are widely used nowadays as the major components of stain-repellent treatment agents for textiles. They are endocrine-disrupting substances that persist almost indefinitely in the natural environment. A low level of them can accumulate in the bodies of human beings or other living things and have adverse effects on the endocrine system. Produced by means of FTC's unique treatment processes, the PFOA/ PFOS-free (BDL) eco water repellent fabrics launched by FTC fully conform to the standards set forth in EU Directive 2006/122/EC. 1.12 Bamboo Charcoal Fabrics
The multi-functional bamboo charcoal fabrics launched by FTC are made of quality, multi-functional fibers combining bamboo charcoal and nanotechnology.
The inherent porous structure of bamboo charcoal (specific surface area is 150-250m2/g) provides it with excellent functions of deodorization and moisture control. Additionally, the bamboo charcoal features a unique structure similar to that of graphite or diamond. Therefore, bamboo charcoal fiber can naturally generate anions by means of the micro-friction with either the body or the air. Hi-Sett® high-density waterproof fabrics are made of microfibers by state-of-the-art weaving processes and excellent dyeing & finishing techniques to attain the high-performance waterproof function without coating, while maintaining the comforts of softness, moisture permeability and breathability.

4.2 Mechanical Stretch Fabrics
FTC applies special treatments to quality mechanical elastic fibers to produce this series of stretch fabrics featuring high loft, high breathability, delicate touch and soft handle. Besides, they are superb moisture-absorbing & quick-drying materials.

The recycled polyester microfibers and recycled polyester elastic fibers FTC uses to produce this series of stretch fabrics are made of discarded PET bottles or other polyester products. These stretch fabrics feature high loft, high breathability, softness and comforts. With the application of high-quality moisture-absorbing treatment, the inherent, excellent capillarity of the fibers will enable the fabrics to instantly transmit sweat away from skin surface to fabric exterior surface and dry rapidly as the wearer perspires during sports or leisure activities. FTC uses unique 3D weaving process to impart fashionable double-faced effect to its 3D double-faced fabrics. The 3D relief designs on the inner sides of the fabrics avoid fabrics from clinging closely to the skin; breathability is thus improved. FTC's carbon fiber composite plant is a specialized plant equipped with computerized production and conveying facilities as well as self-development and self-production capacities.
Based on customers' orders, FTC can supply a variety of raw materials, such as various carbon fibers, Kevlar® fiber, glass fiber¡Ketc., and develop diversified, innovative, high value-added carbon fiber products.
Major products include regular 3K, 12K carbon fiber fabrics, interwoven 3K, 12K carbon fiber fabrics and 12K¡ôcarbon fiber fabrics for use as reinforcing materials in construction.

8.3 Bullet & Stab-Proof Products, Anti-Arc Suits & Air Force Flying Suits Fabrics
The base fabrics FTC uses to produce this series of products are made of coarse denier DuPont KEVLAR® filaments. FTC applies impregnating treatment to the fabrics and produces a series of bulletproof helmets and shields. Moreover, FTC has developed a new series of lightweight bi-functional bullet & stab-proof clothing to meet the ever-changing demand for bulletproof clothing on the domestic and international markets.
These anti-arc suits fabrics are mainly made of KEVLAR®/ NOMEX® (by DuPont USA). Offering excellent fireproof function, protection against arc flash, high tenacity and durability, they conform to US Standard NAPA 70E. They are ideal protective clothing for those working in the fields of electric wiring installation & maintenance, underground cables, transformer substation operation, electric brake operation and power stations.
These air force flying suits fabrics are made of NOMEX®¢»A (by DuPont USA). The fiber possesses inherent permanent fireproof function; the fabric offers highly effective protection against heat and outstanding resistance to static. 8.4 Antistatic High-Barrier Protective Fabrics for Surgical Gowns
These protective fabrics for surgical gowns have been developed to cope with the new EU standard EN 13795. These high-barrier protective fabrics are made of the high-performance antistatic material Nega-stat® (by Barnet USA) by means of unique weaving process. Fabrics for the parts of surgical gowns that are highly vulnerable to infection have been laminated with three layers of PTFE films. In addition to the antistatic function and the resistance to dry and wet microbes, these protective fabrics offer the multiple functions of static resistance, moisture permeability, dustproof, high tensile strength, excellent resistance to blast and durable water repellency. UVoutex® fabrics are either made of special fibers or are processed by means of special dyeing & finishing treatment techniques and are provided with outstanding heat shielding to completely block out UV rays UVA (400nm~315nm) and UVB (315nm~280nm). SUN-ECO® functional fabrics work on the principle that photo-catalytic titanium dioxide (TiO2) has an inherent dual deodorant mechanism.
